It is a peaceful Sunday morning and I have a day off work! Traditionally a family day I will spend some time with my grandson and then enjoy a family dinner.The relaxing aspect of this day took me back to Galiano Island and my recent trip there. The above image is of a chair beside the small waterfall and peaceful garden. I spent some time in this chair recently just quietly meditating and chilling out. What a wonderful spot to quiet your being and become one with that which is.

In the nice sunshine, by the water, the good-looking chair is good to sit and meditate...I think the deck must be good to sit,too. It is bigger, right? And it must feels warm too, just like sitting in your car and the seat is warmed up!
