I have always been intrigued by the graceful way that wood ages. Even after a tree has died it continues to provided us with beautiful designs and lovely contrast. I was in Galiano Island recently and took many images of fallen trees and branches. There is a certain serenity about them and one wonders what events they have seen in their lifetime.I attach one image here for your contemplation and enjoyment.
